$399 for 90 Minutes, $449 for 2 Hours, $549 for 3 Hours for up to 24 guests. $50 large group fee for 25-32 guests. 32+ is large group pricing. 

And $120 for each additional hour.

Travel fees may apply, please contact us for pricing, travel fees run $20-85 depending on the distance.

Corporate or large group pricing ranges $350-$375/hour depending on group size and time reserved. Please contact us for a quote.

 

Trailer 1 – Up to 32 can play at the same time depending on the console and games. 24 on the inside and 8 outside (weather permitting). Please keep in mind this is 4 players per tv, games like Super Smash Bros allow up to 8 players, games like Call of Duty/Lego allow 2 players, Fortnite/SpiderMan are 1 player games which can affect the total number of players at one time.

Trailer 2 – Up to 26 can play at the same time depending on the consoles and games. 16 on the inside and 10 outside (weather permitting). Please keep in mind this is 4 players per tv, games like Just Dance allow up to 6 players, games like Call of Duty/Lego allow 2 players, Fortnite/SpiderMan are 1 player games which can affect the total number of players at one time.

No, we use a very quiet, yet powerful generator to power the game truck.

 

No problem. We can simply rotate the kids but call for large group pricing.

 

That’s ok. Imagine sitting on your couch in your street. If its not terribly uncomfortable for you, it will be fine for the kids.

 

No food, drinks, gum or candy is allowed on the game trailer, it’s important to keep the controllers and seating free from food and spills as it could cause damage to the equipment. Charges may incur for any damage left due to gum, candy or food.

 

A non-refundable $100 deposit is needed at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due when the game coach arrives for the party. We take credit card, Venmo, Paypal, Tap pay, cash (please have exact amount). You can pay in advance, just ask for an invoice and you can pay at your convenience prior to your party. For large group/corporate events we expect full payment 7 days prior to event to keep reservation. Call for details.

 

Please provide cancellation requests as soon as possible. Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days of the event without penalties. We will work with our customers to reschedule parties in the event a cancellation is needed. Deposits are non-refundable but will offer a credit to use up to 365 days of party date.

 

Our game trailer is equipped to handle weather conditions with heating and air conditioning but there are times when the weather doesn’t cooperate. In the event of severe weather, extreme heat/cold or wind/rain/snow, we reserve the right to reschedule the event for the safety of our customers and employees.

 

Our game trailers can pull up right in front of your house for your convenience but please be aware that we need space (at least 55 ft) to park a large trailer in front of your house. If you cannot accommodate the game trailer please check with local businesses or parks in your area in advance, permits for parks may be required and is the responsibility of the customer to obtain.

For locations outside of the Denver metro area please call before reserving to ensure we can accommodate your area.
